This is going to be one of my new "go to breakfasts" I'm sure! I've gotten a bit off the wagon in eating foods I love and that love me so it's time to start finding some new recipes that bring me back around! Here's the pic from her site! I'm seeing a trend here in my recent posts..... RICE! LOL I've realized that I love to use this as a staple in my diet and I don't think that's a bad thing! The bad part of me is that my sweetie isn't a huge rice fan... but he's slowly coming around. I made an amazing Jambalaya the other day and he did eat most of it. His biggest fear was that it was going to cause "Monday Flu" (what seems to happen to his belly on Monday mornings after a weekend of eating tons of different stuff or too much splurging) because of the slight spiciness so he didn't finish the whole bowl. So again, RICE, was my main dish! This could be a good thing!!!!!!
