I made an amazing, quick & so easy lunch today! The entire pizza is only 6 points® as I made it, but I was more than fulfilled with 1/2 pizza (shared with my kids). I have a bit of everything and a lot of "nothing" it seems in the fridge. Days like that I end up wondering what I'm gonna make but low & behold I was thrilled & happy to realize I hadn't eaten my garlic naan. I hadn't tried the garlic version I found the other day at Wegman's & was anxious to try it so I dug around and realized I also had some bruschetta & just a touch of fat free, Mediterranean Style feta cheese left too! WOOHOO... looks like Feta Bruschetta Naan Pizza for lunch!
1 oz. "President" brand Fat Free crumbled feta cheese (0)
2 Tbls Wegman's Italian Bruschetta (0)
1 Garlic Naan bread (6)
Simply place bruschetta & feta on top of the naan bread. Place in toaster oven & cook until cheese is melted & bread slightly crispy.
Cut into 2-4 pieces. Serving size is 1/2 pizza.

I highly recommend their program and cannot say enough GOOD about it, but I also have decided that they were my "stepping stone" to making a change in my lifestyle. Any mention of Weight Watchers®, their program or their term of "points®" does not mean they have approved, seen, or endorsed anything on my blogs.
Also, if at any time Points® are mentioned it is always with the assumption that you will analyze the recipes, foods, ingredients and figure the points out specifically for your consumption of any product, as ingredients may vary by brand, size, etc.
